Time required to obtain maximum salary:
Technicians with 4 year course and practical training are paid more as compared to people having 2 year diploma. After 3-4 years experiences technicians can enjoy various facilities and higher pays.
An ECG technician is responsible for administration of cardiovascular tests by using of electrical impulses and transferring them to patient’s heart. With the help of ultrasound equipment technician is subjected to observe heart valve, vessels and chambers and then to take an image or electrocardiogram of patient’s heart.
He also has to attach the electrodes to patient’s entire body to monitor heart capacity. ECG technicians have to take ECG by one or more methods such as treadmill stress testing method and holter monitoring testing techniques in order to take cardiac readings.
